Ethical Research:
All research activities are conducted only with documented approvals and acquired information will only be made available to its source unless permitted to be used for further research. Our practices include:
- Respect for Persons Autonomy and protecting those with diminished autonomy.
- Maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.
- Data Justification.
- Informed Consent.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection.
- Explicitness of Conflict of Interests or Partiality.
Ethical Business:
Braudit will not provide services to organizations that we determine to the best of our knowledge that:
- Abuses basic human rights and the rights of its employees.
- Is involved in the manufacture or trade of weapons and illegal drugs.
- Manufacture or trade in products that significantly damage the environment.
- Advocates Discrimination and Incitement to hatred.
- Involved in the testing of cosmetics or household products on animals.
- Engages in deceitful marketing.
- Does not adhere to privacy regulations.
- Is accused or discovered to be involved in money laundering, pension scams and other illegal activities.
- Is not a legally registered business entity.
- Evades the payment of taxes as required by law.
- Uses sub-standard, unlicensed or unapproved resources in the manufacturing of products or execution of services.
Ethical Workplace & Culture:
All recommendations by Braudit will always strive to create the best working environment for all employee’s, independent consultants and service partners. Our workplace & culture is guided by the following:
- Braudit will always pay all employees above the approved living wage.
- Executives’ pay and reward are market-based, fair, responsible and clearly linked to performance.
- Discrimination will not be tolerated in any way
- Fundamental human rights will always be acknowledged and respected over the company.
- Employees in similar roles will always be paid equally irrespective of age, gender, sexual orientation or race.
- Employees, Consultants or Service Partners will always be compensated for working beyond their pre-approved working hours with braudit providing accommodation, funding for transportation and meals as deemed necessary.
- Women are allowed to work from home throughout their pregnancy period.
- Employee’s will not be held responsible for missing work mails, calls, messages or choosing not to respond to a request outside working hours except in situations of critical crisis that requires urgent attention.
